Jaguth

I'm using wordpress from now on. Livejournal is okay, but is outdated and dificult to manage. Myspace is even more restrictive. Both are good for social networking, but not so much for blogging.

So, I've found a great blogging platform called wordpress thats been around for a while, i've just never really noticed it before. Thats where i'll be blogging from now on.

 My apartment's pool froze for a couple weeks this winter.  Yumi enjoyed inspecting the frozen pool and walking on it.

I'm feeling much better today, good enough to sit on my futon and share some pictures.

My life has been very busy (for the better) and i guess i just never got around to posting anything new. Now that i'm sick and awake (2:30am) due to a splitting head-ache, i have some time to concentrate on anything other then my head not hurting.

A couple days ago, Ai took Yumi for a walk around Highline HS and video taped it. So here is a shortened video of that:

Here are some movies that we took during our Japan trip.


Its hard to see, but a Semi bug is on the tree, and thats the sound it makes. Cool! Its a pretty large bug, and it vibrates it's huge butt to make the sound. I tried to keep it in the middle of the video, but even you can barely make it out.


Here is a Semi that is almost dead.


This is a short clip from Azumanga. I never noticed it before until i heard the noise a Semi makes when I was in Japan. When I was showing Ai Azumanga the Anime for the first time, I didn't even register that the Semi was coming from the Anime; I thought the Semi's suddenly got very loud at 1am for some reason ^_^

Before I left Japan, Ai and I woke up early to go ice skating with Yuka-chan. It was a lot of fun! It took a lot of energy to balance both myself and Yuka. We both fell a lot, but Yuka-chan still had fun. Haha, its funny to hear Ai and Natsuco laugh ^_^

We met Natsuco and Yuka-chan and we went to a local skating rink.



I skated with Yuka-chan and taught her a couple things about ice skating.



It took a lot of energy to balance both myself and Yuka.

We both fell down a lot ^_^  But Yuka is strong.



She loved it when i held her hands and skated behind her, because that allowed us to go really fast.

Back on the road again towards Naruto Airport.  Ai's favorite bridge is in the background.



The last time I have seen Ai in person.  We'll be together again next month, so I can wait it out.  See you soon!

We visited Ai's favorite place to surf.



There were a LOT of surfers.



We drove through a town that is famous for their melons.  There were greenhouses for miles and miles along the road, many of them used to grow melons.



We went to a local melon shop.  They had sooo much yummy melon things!  I got melon bread, mmmmm ^_^   Ai has recently learned how to make melon bread;  i'm so lucky!



There were so many different melon candies!  And they were so fresh.



They had many melons for sale.  Ai bought some and we at one for breakfast.  Those melons are about the best tasting melons i've ever had.



On the road again.  Theres a field of rice.



Joyfun, the most fun place to eat!!!!  ..... we only drove by ;)



We ate at this Mos Burger too.  Mmmmm good, my favorite!

After a huge traffic jam in Tokyo, we finally arrived back at Ai's Mom's restaurant.  よかった！  We had a yummy pancake dinner; this one is a more healthy pancake, with lots of vegatables and a lean sauce.
